February 13, 2026I have been at the Beacon for some years now and I really don't like the way things have gone down. Not good security, the hallways & elevators are always dirty now, the staff is not friendly, and the residents pay a lot of money to be here for the vibes to not be good by staff. Also, I feel there are not enough activities when I have experienced many activities before this particular staff. January 22, 2026I want to first say I enjoy my home and I love being on the property but lately it really seems like no one cares that our elevator has not been working in months. It's so inconvenient to load groceries in a wagon and have to take the elevator on the other side of the building. I also have a mom that visits and she has a hard time going up the stairs with her knee problem. There is also theft that happens in the parking lot and vandalism and the lack of empathy really pains me. Our rent here ...is really extreme and there are no activities, no food trucks, no updates. It feels like the Beacon is on punishment or something and it's not so pleasant or worth the extremely high rent we are paying to be here. January 22, 2026The staff has been so welcoming and nice. I appreciate that the few issues I've had they were able to get right to it and get things done. On another note I would like to see the building cleaned daily and the elevators moped and wiped down sanitized. December 31, 2025I have been living at the Beacon for about 4 years now. I love it. The property management is always helpful and nice. My only concern at times is the up keep of the property such as trash in the parking lot, dog poop everywhere and I wish the buildings and walkways would get pressure washed periodically. November 19, 2025Most of everything is great! But the dog park is messy with poop a lot. I have to walk thru other dogs poop just to pick up my dogs poop. You can’t get out the exit gate or I would walk them on the buffalo speedway road. I do when the office is open and I can get out easy.
