The ac breaks every couple of months and we were told it wasn’t an emergency because it’s cold outside (currently getting up to 80° both inside and outside). We aren’t allowed to decorate for holidays, they charge $50 per item they remove from your porch if you do. The bath tub sounds like it’s going to fall through the floor, our dishwasher leaves our dishes dirtier than when we put them in. The neighbors are always outside screaming at the top of their lungs. The ...parking is atrocious, so many people without smi realty stickers stay parked for days at a time causing us to have to park near the front and walk all the way across the complex to get to our apartment. Staff at the front are rude and don’t let you get a word in. They only care about the money aspect and not about the well-being of the tenants. Please find anywhere else to live, we wish we would have.Read More

August 22, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comNo recomiendo pra nada este lugar, te muestran un apartamento bonito y con todo nuevo, pero cuando te entregan la llave y vas al tuyo es horrible, piso viejo, baño viejo, con cucarachos, las de la oficina son muy prepotentes que para todo te quieren sacar dinero, te dicen un precio y terminas pagando 200 dólares más, y les llamas y exiges la explicación y te dan excusas baratas, el agua caliente se va cada 3 semanas y dura sin venir casi 5 días, cuando existen tormentas o muchas lluvias la luz se ...va y se tarda en regresar casi 2 días, pregunten a los inquilinos de los apartamentos antes de ir a meterse a esta basura de apartamentos !!Read More

Office staff are wonderful to have and they look out for their tenants. Ms. Karen is a doll as well as the rest of the team. They know how to make you feel safe secure and welcomed! I would recommend Beamer Place to anyone who is looking for a place to call home!

This is the most ROACH INFESTED PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. When you ask for exterminations the guy is done in less than 10 minutes. The management is more preoccupied with whether you have a rug on your patio than the roach infestation. Constant harassment over ridiculous things like having dog poop tested than addressing the real issues. THIS PLACE SUCKS All residents are ...not treated the same some get as many parking permits as they want while others are limited to one and even if you list your second vehicle they will have it towed. But over time, they have started to neglect the current residents and only care about wooing new residents. Staff has become rude and inconsiderate. Mireya was great until she became the office manager, she ignores residents and refuses to talk to anyone herself. Her pit bull of an assistant manager won’t let you get near her! And now that they are doing “renovations” it has made things even ...worse for the current residents! All they are doing is repainting and repairing the outside. Inside still looks like crap. Only stayed as long as we have because of the price, but we are fed up and getting out!!!Read More

Lisa showed me around the property and couldn’t have done a better job convincing me that this was going to be my new home. March 15, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThis is by far one of the best places I have lived at! The office staff and maintenance team is great! They’re quick to resolve any issue you might have. They offer a Free after school program so no need to pay for daycare. I have never lived somewhere where you can split your rent, I pay half on the 1st and 15th. I absolutely love it here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

They go above and beyond and always have a great attitude. The kids club on property is amazing. There’s also a flex pay option where I can split my rent on the 1st and 15th. Talk about convenient! I would definitely recommend Beamer Place!
