El peor complejo de apartamentos que he conocido
August 10, 2023Soy una residente de este lugar y no veo el momento de que mi contrato termine. Desde que nos mudamos todo ha sido un desastre. En primer lugar, el apartamento que recibimos no se parecía en nada al que nos habían mostrado en la visita previa a firmar el contrato, lo recibimos sucio y con varios objetos en muy malas condiciones, deteriorados y muy usados como por ejemplo el refrigerador, que de tantos años de uso las cucarachas ya tinen nidos ahí, entre otras muchas cosas. Agregar a eso que ...tuvimos que esperar 2 meses para obtener las cosas que se comprometieron a cambiar. Las áreas exteriores con muy mal mantenimiento, los aspersores se activan solos a cualquier hora del día, todo se llena de agua y no se puede caminar, cuando llueve los pasillos para los apartamentos parecen un río llenos de piedras y lodo. Las puertas que dan acceso al parqueo están la mayoría del tiempo rotas, dejando a los residentes sin ninguna seguridad con respecto a sus autos. Además, si tienes un problema con tu automóvil y se lo notificas, no tienen ninguna manera de garantizar que sus residentes tengan acceso al parqueadero por el que pagan, ya que no proporcionan stickers provinciales y el área que tienen designada para visitantes es muy pequeña y siempre está llena, por lo que la grúa que ellos mismos contratan se lleva tu auto, o de lo contrario tienes que parquear en la calle. Según la gerencia del lugar, ellos no tienen ninguna manera de distinguir entre un residente que notifica el modelo y placa del auto que utiliza temporalmente para poder usar el parqueadero de un visitante cualquiera. En resumen, el lugar no se parece en nada a lo que te muestran en fotos, o a los apartamentos que te muestran en visitas guiadas. Las áreas exteriores dejan mucho que desear y la gerencia no hace el más mínimo esfuerzo por buscar soluciones lógicas y confortables para sus residentes, aun cuando siempre pagues a tiempo. El peor lugar para vivir , it is the worst place to live
September 25, 2019It is the worst place to live, there is a plague of cockroaches, which not even with all the poisons in the world and could end, a bad administration that only serves to treat your customers badly, the current manager is grocer and arrogant. There is no parking, repairs take weeks to arrive, it is the worst place I have ever lived, my contract ends and I leave here.
