September 20, 2021AWFUL PLACE TO LIVE. Trash is always over flowing & kids are never with parents. The maintenance man is very unprofessional & has no clue what he is doing. Drugs in every building. Never updated. Probably the cheapest around but you really get what you pay for.Review from Apartments.com
These Apartments are getting out of hand
May 18, 2020When I first moved in these apartments 3 years ago they were really nice and quiet, and you could enjoy living in a apartment complex, but on down the road these apartments started to smell like weed, then I started to see trash everywhere, kids running around damaging thing on the apartment, my own windshield got busted out and nothing was done about it! Good thing I had full coverage! These apartments have gotten very worse than I expected and I honestly it’s pretty sad! I wanna say I love ...going home to my apartments, but I can’t, cause every time I come home there’s like 15 people outside everywhere and they don’t even live here! I can’t even walk up the steps to my apartment building with out asking someone to move so I can get by! I can’t even come outside of my apartment without having a group of people smoking right in front of my door! These apartments have changed since I’ve lived here there’s been shootings, the police are always here, there’s always somebody being extremely loud after midnight! These apartments have turned into trash and if you ever thought of living here, please don’t you’ll regret it! The landlord doesn’t do what she’s supposed too! There’s only one maintenance man and he doesn’t know most of the stuff he should, to be a maintenance man!!!!!!!! And if something needs to be fixed in your apartment, you’ll just have to fix it yourself! Because it’ll take months or more for someone to come and fix it!!!! So just to let you people know! NEW BEASON WELL APARTMENT ARE TRASHY AND KNOWONE CARES ABOUT WHAT GOES ON AROUND HERE!
