No Management on site
March 15, 2025No laundry on site as advertised. Safety issues with Gates not operating properly. Dogs roaming the property. Unresponsive management.Review from Apartments.com
Property Management went to Hell
January 30, 2025Do not rent here. Laundry facilities have been out for the whole complex for almost 2 months, no on-site property manager to assist if any issues arise. Used to be a nice place to live before new property management took over.Review from Apartments.com

July 25, 2017Wow! I called to ask about vacancies for the next month. The lady who answered the phone was anything but nice. She made it easy for me to cross them off the list of places to see. Of course if you have no vacancies, there is no need to be customer friendly.Review from Apartments.com

April 2, 2016We have lived at these apartments for about 7 years. The best thing about the Sago Apartments is having a manager that lives on the property and having a manager like Terry. Any problems that we have and she takes care of them right away, no runarounds. And it always feels safe here, and the remodeling they are doing is fantastic... new doors and floors! I have been fortunate to have all maintenance needs met in a timely manner. The gardening and general maintenance of the building have been cared for as though it were my own home... Quiet & Nice
January 21, 2016I have lived at Sago Palms Apts for 6 plus years. Management and staff have always been very professional. They handle my concerns quickly and the grounds are always clean and safe.
