Overall, my experience at Beckett Cottingham has been okay. Parking can be difficult at night, especially during busy hours. The apartment amenities are nice when you first move in, but they tend to deteriorate over time due to the lower-quality selections and upkeep. The walls are thin, so I would recommend choosing a third-floor apartment if you are sensitive to noise. The mailroom, gym, and club amenities are great resources

THIN THIN THIN WALLS AND CEILING. There is no insulation so you hear everything and it’s quite ridiculous. The gates are always malfunctioning and not working.

This is the worst complex I have ever stayed at, I can’t wait for my lease to end. I had several complaints from neighbors above me being so loud that light fixtures fell and no resolution, thankfully they left before I had to move units.They don’t update you properly on when water will be turned off till last minute and doesn’t let you know how long the water will be turned off. There’s been break ins and people stealing tires almost every other week. I hear gun shots or get notified on my ring ...

camera of all the gun shots people have heard at night. Gym door doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for almost 3 months. The gates always have something wrong with them and are only allowed one visitor and they can’t stay longer then 3 days or they will tow them so if you plan on leaving an have someone watch your animals/ place please don’t live here. When you call the front office you have to talk to Ai first even if it’s emergency you will need to wait for them to call you back on their timing.
