December 3, 2025my experience living here has honestly been pretty smooth. the staff is super responsive when I need something and the amenities make day-to-day stuff easier. my apartment itself has been comfortable and quiet, which I love because I’m always juggling school, work, and gym. of course no place is perfect, but overall it’s been a solid place to live and I’ve felt safe and taken care of. it’s definitely been a good home base for me.Review from Apartments.com

November 25, 2025I enjoy our unit very much. The design of the interior and general aesthetics are great. I love the kitchen island and set up as well. I strongly dislike how thin the walls are - we can hear EVERYTHING our neighbors are up to without wanting to. I don't think there's much that can be done about this at this point but it is a very frustrating to be woken up to loud music or arguing from your neighbors. Additionally, I'm not a fan of the parking situation. I do understand that the property wants to ...make sure there is always enough parking for the residents. I also understand that we are not in the safest of neighborhoods, so letting just anyone in is a safety concern. It's just frustrating that I can't have more than one friend over because they risk paying $300 if they get towed. We've had a few car break ins regardless so not sure how much this is doing to minimize that risk. It would be nice to have round the clock security. I feel nervous walking my dogs at night.Property Manager Responded

November 24, 2025For the most part, it’s a very quiet community. The things that I dislike: living across from a truck yard… There’s absolutely no point in getting a car wash because the semi’s kick up so much dust. The parking arrangement has not changed. We were promised that it would change once we met full occupancy, but nothing has changed…only 1 visitor locked in for 24 hours is absurd and no street parking.Property Manager Responded
