While not the most upscale establishment, the structures and amenities of Beckwith Place make it an appealing place to live while staying within a reasonable budget. Office staff is friendly and informative. Maintenance repairs are done quickly, within 36 hours. Dedicated covered parking, lockable outside storage, dishwasher, same level washer and dryer, 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments with patio/deck, private backyards, ...and easy access to highways/downtown area. Peaceful
August 22, 2015It is hidden and out of sight from the main road. The staff is wonderful and it is nice and quiet all the time. The pool is heated and have lounge chairs but know table. The club house is small holding twenty people.Review from Apartments.com

Rent is affordable deposit is reasonable the apartments are spacious and I'm very happy that their 2 bedroom also, has 2 bathrooms that pretty nice.
