While not the most upscale establishment, the structures and amenities of Beckwith Place make it an appealing place to live while staying within a reasonable budget. Office staff is friendly and informative. Maintenance repairs are done quickly, within 36 hours. Dedicated covered parking, lockable outside storage, dishwasher, same level washer and dryer, 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments with patio/deck, private backyards, ...and easy access to highways/downtown area. Rent is affordable deposit is reasonable the apartments are spacious and I'm very happy that their 2 bedroom also, has 2 bathrooms that pretty nice. Management is nice and easy to work with.
