I called in to get an application the first time and the lady (don't know her name) says they didn't have any and they would have some the following Friday. That Friday came, I called, she gave me the exact answer she gave me the first time. This continued for an entire month! Need I remind you, she never answers the phone so I had to call at all times of business hours hoping to get an answer. I finally get an application, fill it out ready to turn it in the same day. I asked if I could get a ...
tour and she said I needed an appointment so hold my application until the following Monday and we would meet at 10 at the complex. I'm there the following Monday at 10, she is no where to be found. I go to the local dollar general to waste time since I did not stay close by. Long and behold she is there, shopping! I went back to the complex like 3 times thinking she would be there but she wasn't. The last time I decided to call and she answers. I asked is it okay to come by since we had an appointment at 10 and its 11:30. She proceeds to tell me her boss just called and said they won't have any openings until next month. This is something she is supposed to call and tell someone that is not from the area. Very poor customer service!
