I've been living here for almost 6yrs and every time a I call the office after hours the lady is VERY RUDE!
They're never willing to help. It states that there is a on site management and maintenance but their not willing to come out for anything and it takes FOREVER for a call back!

Complex has gone downhill. They keep 1/2 the deposit regardless of the clean condition unit left in. The leasing manager Tammy said: they do that to everyone. A rat was running around in my unit thankfully I had a week left in that unit before moving to a new place. Referred a friend and the complex kept 1/2 of his deposit as well. Even though the lease agreement doesn't state that all deposits are held regardless if unit is left in tip top ready to move in condition.

Great starter apartment. 1 &2 bedroom styles. Outdoor pool. Rent is fairly cheap. Very quiet, pet friendly. However my building smells like Cigars and weed. I hate it. Only reason I'd leave.
