I’ve made several work orders and nothing has been done to the effect of getting rid of the bugs. AND they are towing their OWN residents. I pay rent to park there and THEY changed towing companies, and knowingly started towing their own residents. With no discounts, exceptions, or cost of towing as a credit towards rent. Absolutely greedy and disgusting. Screw over their own paying ...residents any chance they get.Read More

June 15, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe property is decent and maintenance is quick, and the pool is well kept. But there are some issues that need attention. My floor is missing planks under the carpet, which shouldn’t have been overlooked. A lot of the amenities are no longer available, like the pet washing stations, and the parking gate has been broken for over a month. There’s no on-site manager to handle urgent problems, and most of the doors don’t lock properly, so there’s no real controlled access.

I was told he'd have to check with his boss to find out how they would address fully repairing things, but since I haven't heard back and the maintenance ticket was closed, I have no idea if or when full repairs will be done. I'm not trying to complain or cause problems... but it would be nice to know what's next, and possibly when.

Due to so much leaking, and temporary patches mold is now growing in our HVAC vents and ceilings.
