Terrible Apartments; DON’T LIVE THERE!!!
February 3, 2026I’ve been living here two years. It’s disgusting from customer service to the bugs infesting my apartment. I’ve made several work orders and nothing has been done to the effect of getting rid of the bugs. AND they are towing their OWN residents. I pay rent to park there and THEY changed towing companies, and knowingly started towing their own residents. With no discounts, exceptions, or cost of towing as a credit towards rent. Lacking amenities
June 15, 2025The property is decent and maintenance is quick, and the pool is well kept. But there are some issues that need attention. My floor is missing planks under the carpet, which shouldn’t have been overlooked. A lot of the amenities are no longer available, like the pet washing stations, and the parking gate has been broken for over a month. There’s no on-site manager to handle urgent problems, and most of the doors don’t lock properly, so there’s no real controlled access.Review from Apartments.com

March 25, 2025Maintenance The maintenance worker was very friendly and professional, but the work wasn't fully completed. I was told he'd have to check with his boss to find out how they would address fully repairing things, but since I haven't heard back and the maintenance ticket was closed, I have no idea if or when full repairs will be done. Water leaks, mold, HVAC issues, and worst management
February 13, 2025If I could give this place no stars then I would. I’ve had multiple leaks in bedroom, flooding in kitchen all from structural issues. Due to so much leaking, and temporary patches mold is now growing in our HVAC vents and ceilings. Bedbug
May 22, 2024Moved in on a "special" in winter. Starting in April, I was bitten by bedbugs in my apartment at bel air downtown. I was told by the two separate pest control people that my nearby apartment was the source of the bed bug. Management was irresponsive at first, take them three weeks and 2 days to send the initial bed bug control treatment. When I told them that the situation did not improve, they refuse to have the pest control people back quoting that there is no evidence of bedbug in my ...apartment, despite the fact that I was bitten continuously. Later I heard from the pest control that the other apartment was the issue, so bed bugs was visiting my apartment from the other apartment to cause me the trauma.
