Been living in Bell Tempo almost 8 years. The resident manager, Sam, is friendly and helpfull. Friendly neighbors. Just 5 to 10 min walk away from restaurants and store.

What I love about this place is the easy access to freeways, bus stops and near to BART. Anything you need is pretty close as everything is just around the corners from markets, shopping malls, restaurants, and importantly, the schools are all walking distance. Also, the resident manager and the staff are very helpful and great individuals.

Bel Tempo is convenient to all shopping -- nothing you can't find right around the corner --- and then there is the freeway access -- you can get on any of the major freeways in just a few blocks or less -- so it is the easiest place to get everything done as fast as possible -- so -- what is not to like?

I have been here over 6 years now, the neighbor is great and it's close to everything. The staff is very friendly and any issues that arise they take care of it immediately. The parking assigned to tenants and the laundry room is great. This is home for me.

I've been a resident here for a year and half and it's been a good experience.
Location/neighborhood: it's a quiet neighborhood and there are a lot of families that live in the area. The apartment is nicely located near the marina in the south, the 880, 238 and 580 freeways, and there is a shopping center and Safeway market nearby.

things when problems come up, they are a huge positive. The people are friendly and the building is quiet in the evening, another big positive for me.

Excellent location. Close to shopping, freeways, and Bart. Excellent management and maintenance. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unit was completely renovated prior to my move-in. I like the layout and well equipped kitchen. Relatively spacious for an apartment. Plenty of closet space. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I have an end unit and can hear road noise from Lewelling.

Only took 1 visit to convince us that we wanted to move here, and it's been 2 month's so far and we adore our apartment. The staff are family-like and we love the fact we get 2 parking spaces! Beautiful kitchen, which grabbed me right away. I love that the property is well kept, and tenants are friendly. We have not had any bad experiences, we love it here. Yes it was built in the 70s which gives it a somewhat Austin Power's feelin to it, but as I said, the property is always clean and I have no ...
