The dumpster of Lancaster
October 25, 2023Neighbors are inconsiderate stealing packages outside your door. Unsupervised kids running around from morning to night scratching cars etc. Cockroaches are in the townhome with out dated appliances. And they raise the rent by $100 a year for kicks and giggles. Great place to live
February 13, 2020Love living here. We have a huge backyard right near the school for my 3 yr old to run around without fear of him getting hit by a car. Every store or restaurant you could want within a 15 to 20 min drive.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to live!
June 20, 2019For my families personal experience with Belair we love living here. We never have a problem with maintenance coming in a timely manner when something needs to be fixed, the office staff are very nice and address any of our concerns. We have kids, so it’s a great community with lots of kids for our children to play with. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. I love it here at Belair. I’ve seen some bad reviews but don’t let them discourage you, every bodies experience is different and as for ...my families, we have had no issues at all and we’ve been living at Belair over a year. There is a gym included in rent, it’s QUIET and also the school is great..what more can you ask for?Property Manager Responded

I love Belair
June 18, 2019I love Belair because it is super quiet and comfortable for my family, I have garage parking; they accept friendly animals, it is big and spacious, the neighbors are all friendly, the administration is excellent Keshonda & Nicole all super friendly and are always available to help you; excellent maintenance, and there is a gym. Love it here
June 17, 2019We love it here the new property manager is great. Maintance comes with in 24 hours of a request. Bucher Elementary school is at our back yard. Lots of grass area for the kids to play. Pet friendly with no breed restrictions. Grass is taken care of weekly and when it snow maintance does the snow removal up to your front doorProperty Manager Responded

This is very miss leading. These apartments are way too overpriced for nothing special.
April 12, 2018Maintenance never comes in a resonable time. Our dryer broke and they replaced it with an older one that takes 2 hours to dry your clothes. Theres no area for you take ur kids unless u want to take them to the local school playground and somehow its listed as a unique feature. ive been looking at other apartments most are cheaper and much nicer than this dont waste your time or money.Property Manager Responded

Management needs much improvement
September 18, 2016First no pool , they allow anyone to move in. The back sliding doors are older then me. And when you ask for a security bar good luck i'm still waiting . I mentioned that I don't feel safe being that there is a peeping tom in the community yet nothing has been done to secure the doors . I had a leak in the roof and water was always dripping in they gave me a bucket and told me they would fix took them 4 months and 16 days to come and fix that . My wood floors are coming up informed them my kids ...are cutting there feet , still waiting on that to be fixed . There management team is not helpful in making sure the maintenance is done. They had my car towed for being parked in my spot because they decided to pave the parking lot and informed the community on Friday by placing a flyer on the residents storm door that cars need to be moved on Monday morning. I notified them I was going on vacation a week prior when I mentioned for the 3rd time about the security bar. I let them know I was leaving Friday morning for a week . I arrived to my home and my car was missing no notice at all . How do you tow a resident's car that is parked in there spot and management knew I was on vacation and still had in impounded, I'm still waiting for a explanation and to settle the 400 dollar bill . I can not wait until my lease is up to move out . Also rent goes up 60 to 100 when renewal time but the service get worse. They have a bunch of pit bulls and large dogs . The only thing about this place is the school district and there is a school a block away . The square footage is good but not the biggest in Lancaster. Store are close enough to to walk if your willing to walk less then a mile . Overall I can not recommend this place being that they do not care on handling the maintenance issues and there lack to give timely notice of work being done . Spacious but no amenities
September 25, 2015A lot of square footage but there are no amenities whatsoever. No pool, playground, nothing. It is in a good school district and walking distance from the elementary school. The maintenance crew is a joke and repairs are generally sub-standard. The patio doors appear to be from when the homes were built back in the 80's and offer no protection from the elements not to mention you need to put an enormous amount of effort into opening/closing them. Some units recently got new windows so that is a ...plus. Rent jumps $50-$60 with every renewal. They have a liberal pet policy allowing 2 pets per unit but no breed restictions on dogs which means we have a variety of pit bulls and variations if that is a concern for you.
