February 25, 2026I went to visit these luxury apartments which are located right on SMU blvd. I was so impressed immediately with the beautiful renovations in the leasing office and co-worker space. Very clean apartments, nice amenities, the exercise room was top tier! The location is perfect with many food options right within walking distance. Literally just a few steps. July 24, 2024My overall experience at Mockingbird Flats is not a pleasant one. Since the time I moved in here I’ve been facing issues dealing pest, cleanliness (the condition of apt given) etc. Even the corridors are not cleant well. Burglarized after less than 24 hours
July 22, 2024Less than 24 hours after moving in, the storage unit that they leased me was burglarized and vandalized. The culprit left their shirt in my unit, meaning they walked out wearing my shirt. I called the leasing office and they said “was there something you wanted me to do?” The response has been completely lame. I have had the keys to my apartment for nearly a month but could only move in yesterday due to the elevators being broken for about 3 weeks. I was forced to take the stairs every time I ...came to take measurements, which is unsafe as a woman living alone. I do not feel safe here. I feel so violated not only by the burglary but by the response. There is dog poop in the stairwells as well.Property Manager Responded
