We're now into our 17th year at Bradburn. We've lived here a lot longer than at anywhere else we've ever lived. The reason is we enjoy this community, and our apartment is perfect for us.

Bell Bradburn is a very home-like neighborhood/community. People are generally good about cleaning up after their pets, staff is friendly, maintenance is quick and professional, and the price for what you get is very good.

Do yourself, your kids and your dogs a favor and MOVE HERE!!! This hidden gem of a community has everything you need, all within walking distance, plus the friendliest staff, best amenities and a whole host of regular community events! The property is beautifully landscaped with tree lined streets and easy access to Big Dry Creek Trail and tons of open space parks. Takes a long time to respond to work orders and the pool is insane hot for summer. The rents here r nuts and they really don’t care. It’s 90 outside the pool shouldn’t be the same

When we first moved in we had issues but they were resolved in a timely manner. Now it seems like it takes weeks for a response or a fix. Not a happy resident at all.
