July 8, 2022I consider Bell Brookfield to be overvalued in terms of their apartments. The apartments will probably not be in the best condition on move-in day, considering I was promised a washer and dryer and both were not in the apartment on move-in day, the cabinet's coverings were peeling off and the bathroom light fixture was rusty. A simple walkthrough and talk with maintenance by management would have fixed all of these problems. This was clearly not done. That combined with the unresponsiveness by ...management to any issue I have brought before them ensures that I will most likely not be a repeat customer of Bell Brookfield. Frankly, I would say moving here is definitely not worth it considering that they overcharge for all of their apartments.Property Manager Responded

Not as good anymore
June 8, 2022When we first moved in last year we were happy and liked the community a lot. Since then, our rent has increased substantially, fees have risen or been added, and the owners have changed. The gate has been broken for months, the pool was closed for a while, and nothing seems to be getting better. People come and go at all hours, blasting their music and littering, and I feel less safe. Rules are not enforced. I’m sorry now that we renewed our lease and will be looking elsewhere next year.Property Manager Responded
