The maintenance at Bell Frisco apartments. Apparently, if anything goes wrong, they get it sorted out pretty quickly. It's always a relief to know you won't be waiting around forever for repairs. Plus, that kind of responsiveness can make a big difference in your day-to-day living. Definitely something to consider if you're looking for a place that's well taken care of.

Nothing is being done about people clearly living here when they aren’t on the lease. Doors are permanently propped open so anyone has free access and there’s no punishment for that. The garage gate being closed for the first time in years helps slightly but they’ve even propped that open a few times. Also maintenance takes too long. I don’t blame the maintenance guys I imagine they are just severely understaffed. People also just randomly break stuff around the community and there’s no ...
camera so they just get away with it. Quite sure people or their animals (crazy that it’s likely both) are peeing in public areas. Elevators smell like urine, stairwells smell like urine.

Overall, my experience is pretty good! About 2 months ago, we noticed our mailbox was damaged, and our key no longer worked. We reported it right away. The only thing stopping me from leaving 5 stars is that it took about 3 weeks to resolve, and I had to go to the leasing office multiple times to get it fully resolved. I understand that the leasing office workers are busy, but I just wish they had found the solution a bit quicker.

It’s just disgusting to leave here and very bad choice that I did in my life!!! I never recommend to no one this complex, poor management, very rood people in the leasing office, I feel myself discriminated because I’m another race, people not clean up after their dogs. Very very bad!!!

Heather is a great manager and the complex is very well maintained in one of the nicest buildings in Frisco. Great location, a minute walk to HEB, convenient covered parking garage and maintenance that’s always on point.

It is a fantastic place to live. Very clean and everyone is nice. My apartment is very well priced. Great view of the pool. The office is very responsive as well

Overall our experience here at bell Frisco is good. There are some flaws but the maintenance staff and regular cleanliness is good. The response time is quite that needs to be effective.
