There is dog poop EVERYWHERE!
January 29, 2025And not just on the grass. It's on the sidewalks. It's in the parking lot. It's even on the stairs. Especially at night, it's impossible to walk around without stepping in something, and the dog park is completely unusable. Once in a while they send out an e-mail reminding people to pick up after their dogs, but nothing changes. If you enjoy outdoor activities, have a dog of your own, or even a favorite pair of shoes, look for a complex with better policies and solutions.Property Manager Responded

June 21, 2023On this rainy day I went to look at 3 apartment communities that I am interested in moving to when my current lease is up. Bell Roper Mountain won me over hands down!! Those guys work together wonderfully and they take great pride in their community and their jobs. I had the pleasure of meeting each one of them on my visit. Austin. Thad and Mark ! They had the best attitudes compared to the other two places I went too where when I walked in the attitudes I got from the Office staff was BLAH! But ...not at Bell Roper Mountain!! These guys were on their toes the minute I walked in the door. They helped me make my decision as to where i will be moving too ! Absolutely loved the office staff and the vibe there ! Definitely recommend seeing these guys if you are looking to move to Greenville SC. They absolutely rock ! Thanks Guys for making my search so much easier and pleasant !! They didn't have another unit to put me in so they agreed to give me my money back. I went on line and found Bell Roper Mountain. I called and they happened to have a one bedroom available. I went over that morning and was shown the apartment and it was GREAT! Much nicer and larger than the other apartment and even a little bit cheaper. Brianne was amazing and helped me through the ...entire process. I had an apartment, power in my name and renter's insurance changed before I even left her office. March 16, 2022Given that there are over 275 units at Bell Roper Mountain, it's a real credit to management that their maintenance staff addresses apartment issues in under 48 hours in most cases, bad weather and ordering parts notwithstanding. It's quiet, for the most part, and it's great to watch dog owners with their dogs in the dog park, especially when it snows! We really like living here and feel that the apartments, and the environment, are worth the rent. Management (and maintenance) has always been ...friendly, efficient, and completely approachable, and we love running into them when we need to come to the office or are out on a walk in the complex.
