Brandon is a fantastic property manager. He is always willing to answer questions. I put in a maintenance request using the portal and the maintenance associate was at my door in less than an hour. I don’t know if that is normal because I’ve never had to call but that was highly impressive. I find this complex to be clean and the managers take pride in keeping the environment nice. They communicate well, when we are having things like fire extinguisher replacement or carpet cleaning etc they ...

find multiple mediums to communicate what we should expect as residents. The only opportunity that I have seen and this has nothing to do with management and has everything to do with residents, we need to do a better job of using the trash shoot. Management not other residents should have to clean up after those who don’t manage their trash and recycling properly. Great place to live!!

Still loving it. The amenities are great. I love that shopping and restaurants are close by. The food truck surprises are a plus. It’s been great.

Love living here. It is peaceful, safe and clean. The maintenance staff is the best and Brandon is beyond awesome...the cleaning ladies are the best...I just love it here and I am very happy we decided the make this place our home.

My residential experience at Bell Shady Grove has been exceptional. Brandon provided courteous guidance during move in (September of 2021), and has maintained a service-oriented attitude throughout the years. His approachability, coupled with regular communications from the Leasing Office, enhance the quality of life. So far no complaints. relatively quiet, neighbors seem nice, and location is kept clean. Location is nice and there are several restaurants and stores nearby which is nice.

I been a residence here for over almost 5 years. I never had any issues with any staff. They are friendly and customer service is great. The unit I been reside just only have issues with that is always have water issues with the flooring being wet, but it was resolved every time I do asked the maintenance.

Brandon & Judy, and Maintenance, have made my first week and move in a wonderful experience. The gym is great, smells like a spa, nice spin bikes with courses and tvs; and super friendly neighbors and fellow residents!
