Just moved in and I’m impressed with the cleanliness of the environment. I love the safety features and the amenities. It is also surprisingly quiet. I rarely hear my neighbors and when I do see them, everyone seems friendly.

Five stars says it all really. Our Property Manager is a star with his firm but friendly manner and overseeing everything (constant maintenance of building, landscaping) as well as tenants, deliveries etc. he manages it all super efficiently

This is an amazing place to live! Brandon and his team that run the building are fabulous and are there for anything you need! The building is very clean, the amenities are always available and clean as well, and the people are very nice.

Overall like staying here. Noise is hardly noticable, amenities are nice, staff have been great here especially the main housing representative and the maintenance crew.

I just recently moved in. So far everything has been pleasant. Clean and quiet. I do get lost inside because this place is pretty big but I’ll figure it out.

From the very beginning, everyone has been so responsive to my requests for information. I believe you can tell a lot about anything from the first interactions. Brandon and Jordyn have been so professional, answering all my move in questions so that I can be well prepared. Emails are met with swift responses from them, and I am always satisfied with the responses provided by them. I move in on Saturday and I can’t wait!!!

I really like the community so far. The noise level is a bit high during early morning (trash truck etc) since I live close ish to the loading dock/trash chute, but its doable. The property manager Brandon is absolutely amazing too!

I have resided at Bell Shady Grove since September of 2021, and the experience has been exceptional. The office staff are attentive and personable, and Brandon has always addressed my questions with competent guidance and a friendly demeanor (I feel a tremendous sense of respect as a resident). Commuting throughout Rockville on two wheels can be a challenge, but fellow residents have treated me with courtesy and regard for my safety when navigating the parking structure. The maintenance team is ...
skilled, efficient, and respond in a timely manner with a service-oriented attitude. I remain happy with my decision to call Bell home.
