I been a residence here for over almost 5 years. I never had any issues with any staff. They are friendly and customer service is great. The unit I been reside just only have issues with that is always have water issues with the flooring being wet, but it was resolved every time I do asked the maintenance.

Brandon & Judy, and Maintenance, have made my first week and move in a wonderful experience. The gym is great, smells like a spa, nice spin bikes with courses and tvs; and super friendly neighbors and fellow residents! My little cats love the sunshine and windows; and it is just a delightful, cheerful property! Thanks!

I’ve been here almost 4 years and it’s been an amazing experience. My children and grandchildren love it here just as much as I do, the kids definitely love the pool. I do not have a favorite spot, I like them all.

My most recent lease went active in August. Since initial move-in in 2021, Brandon (Community Manager) has impressed me with his commitment to the resident experience. I commute on two-wheels, and he went above and beyond to help identify appropriate parking and took a genuine interest in the challenges this can pose (I have observed him treating other residents with the same concern and level of attention). response time, which is outstanding). Building Services staff make every effort to maintain high-traffic areas. I remain convinced that Bell offers excellent value for the money and am very content with the living experience.

Just moved in and I’m impressed with the cleanliness of the environment. I love the safety features and the amenities. It is also surprisingly quiet. I rarely hear my neighbors and when I do see them, everyone seems friendly.

Five stars says it all really. Our Property Manager is a star with his firm but friendly manner and overseeing everything (constant maintenance of building, landscaping) as well as tenants, deliveries etc. he manages it all super efficiently
