    Love living here. It is peaceful, safe and clean. The maintenance staff is the best and Brandon is beyond awesome...the cleaning ladies are the best...I just love it here and I am very happy we decided the make this place our home.

Brandon provided courteous guidance during move in (September of 2021), and has maintained a service-oriented attitude throughout the years. His approachability, coupled with regular communications from the Leasing Office, enhance the quality of life.     I been a residence here for over almost 5 years. I never had any issues with any staff. They are friendly and customer service is great. The unit I been reside just only have issues with that is always have water issues with the flooring being wet, but it was resolved every time I do asked the maintenance.

    I’ve been here almost 4 years and it’s been an amazing experience. My children and grandchildren love it here just as much as I do, the kids definitely love the pool. I do not have a favorite spot, I like them all.

    Just moved in and I’m impressed with the cleanliness of the environment. I love the safety features and the amenities. It is also surprisingly quiet. I rarely hear my neighbors and when I do see them, everyone seems friendly.

    Five stars says it all really. Our Property Manager is a star with his firm but friendly manner and overseeing everything (constant maintenance of building, landscaping) as well as tenants, deliveries etc. he manages it all super efficiently

    This is an amazing place to live! Brandon and his team that run the building are fabulous and are there for anything you need! The building is very clean, the amenities are always available and clean as well, and the people are very nice.

    Overall like staying here. Noise is hardly noticable, amenities are nice, staff have been great here especially the main housing representative and the maintenance crew.
