    I like how clean and neighborly the community is. It's not a very obvious thing, but the fact that a lot of neighbors have potted plants outside their doors or welcome rugs speaks volumes about the trust in the community. Given, it's a gated community, but it's still nice to know I'm surrounded by good people.

    The apartments are nice, and the pool is great. We moved in during COVID so the rest of the amenities were closed unfortunately arent and have remained closed. Would love to use the gym and grilling areas.

    This building is the nicest I found within a 10 mile radius. I've looked for an apartment for 3 months and once I walked in I knew it was my new home.     Bell South Bay is truly one of my favorite places to live. The staff is always available and helpful and the community is so beautiful, I feel like Im on vacation when Im walking to get my mail. The amenities are one of my favorite aspects about living here and although we didnt get to utilize them as much wed like to because of the pandemic, BSB made an effort to keep us safe while making changes to the ways we can utilize some amenities.
