April 21, 2021I like how clean and neighborly the community is. It's not a very obvious thing, but the fact that a lot of neighbors have potted plants outside their doors or welcome rugs speaks volumes about the trust in the community. Given, it's a gated community, but it's still nice to know I'm surrounded by good people.Property Manager Responded

January 20, 2021The apartments are nice, and the pool is great. We moved in during COVID so the rest of the amenities were closed unfortunately arent and have remained closed. Would love to use the gym and grilling areas.Property Manager Responded

We also wish we were able to open our pool area, but we are observing the LA County Board of Health requirements where it does not allow the community to be open. The staff is always available and helpful and the community is so beautiful, I feel like Im on vacation when Im walking to get my mail. The amenities are one of my favorite aspects about living here and although we didnt get to utilize them as much wed like to because of the pandemic, BSB made an effort to keep us safe while making changes to the ways we can utilize some amenities.
