A Lot Going For It
August 24, 2021The best part of this apartment is the manager. She truly tries her best to give residents a positive living experience. The pool is nice, the small on-site gym is nice, and the lobby area (with free coffee and snacks) is nice. The apartments themselves are nice, but you can hear your neighbors quite easily. Skip the smallest one-bedroom, if you can afford more, as there are few windows. If you live on the third floor, you'll develop some nice thigh muscles lugging your groceries up all the ...stairs. Good thing we have in-unit washers and dryers. ;-) I hate the trash dumpsters as they are often overflowing because some residents don't break down their boxes. We pay $18 a month for the dumpsters, which is quite steep. For that $, we should be getting door pick up. My electric costs have been pretty low, so the units are pretty well insulated. The apartments are still less than a year old, so there's not much happening social-wise, but that's probably also due to Covid. I still don't know my neighbors. Overall, it's a nice, safe place to live. I just wish we had a green space instead of a kiddie area, as there are almost no kids here. There is a small fenced-in doggie park, but if I had dogs I would walk them on the nearby walking trail, rather than the doggie park, as so many dogs use it. Some days it stinks from urine and poop, as you walk by on your way to the mailboxes. Lol.Property Manager Responded

Good Apartments
December 6, 2020Staff is friendly and work with you to try to find the apartment that is the best for you. We have enjoyed are stay so far no problems and beautiful apartments inside. The only problem would be doggy bags at the park but maybe over time since they are so new. But I do recommend staying here.Property Manager Responded
