Elegance
September 23, 2015I moved to Valencia, CA form Miami Beach, FL few months ago. Company housed me for the first month in the Montesito apartments and I just fall in love with the place then. Unfortunately they did not have studio apartments available so, I looked to other apartments. No matter how well other apartments looked and how rent was cheaper – Montesito was on my mind. Time was ticking and time was approaching for me to leave corporate housing in Montesito apartments. I placed security deposit ($200.00) ...with another apartment building in the area to hold place for me and they ran my credit. Few days later I received email from Montesito Manager Tabitha that apartment I liked become available. I had a decision to make and I choose Montesito. Yes, I lost $200.00 although; I gain place that I enjoy very much living. Location is great (7 min walk to work); they welcome my beautiful girl Scottish Terrier Chelsea and the best part it is nonsmoking apartments. Appliances are new, apartment was freshly painted, dark hardwood floors throughout. I live in the studio although floor plan is so unique that makes feel I live in 1 bedroom apartment. Have large balcony and parking. Landscaping is beautiful and we have gym and pool. Management is very responsive.
