    Booked an appointment on-line - made mistake of providing phone and e-mail. After a bombardment of 20 e-mails and texts over a few days (from two different phone numbers) reminding me of the appointment time, I arrived at the building at appointment time and the leasing office was closed; waited half an hour and left, The "Cal" you will be in contact with over e-mail is an AI bot.

    The Bell is an incredibly well managed property - kudos to the entire leasing team for always being responsive and accommodating. The maintenance team are so efficient and are able to fix any issues immediately. I’ve lived at the Bell for nearly 2 years and have never once experienced any issues. All of the floor plans are spacious and thoughtfully designed. I highly recommend for anyone moving to the Arlington area!

    Living here is such a pleasure (I have lived here 3 years now). The staff is courteous and very approachable. The building is beautiful and very close to the metro. The apartments are outstanding. Great environmental air controls - just set your heating or air-conditioning and thence forget it.     I have really enjoyed living in Bell at courthouse. The staff has been exceptionally friendly and helpful from the time I took my tour and that hasnt stopped since moving in. The staff goes above and beyond to help create a community that feels like.

    Living at Bell on Courthouse is an entirely different experience of living compared to living in a large apartment complex. There is a wonderful community spirit here. The front desk staff make a real effort to get to know you. The same goes for back-office staff who are always approachable and courteous. The facilities are excellent, particularly the weight training room which is fully equipped with the latest kit. What is remarkable here is the length the staff go to make your move in ...
    experience less stressful. One thing that stood out for me is that the wood floors in the apartment are replaced prior to move-in so they look gorgeous, I have since learned that this is not a unique experience; all the wood floors of every apartment are fitted as new prior to moving in.

    This property has been amazing. We moved here in July 2020 because we were looking for something that allowed us to live walking distance from restaurants/bar, a close five minute drive to D.C while also living in an neighborhood. This apartment is the best combination of all of those things. It is a five minute walk to the Courthouse/Clarendon city life, a five minute drive to the National Mall, and there is a huge park/running trail right next to the apartment.     the highway, which allows for a quick drive to the rest of VA. For the price, the apartment is spacious and quality comparted to other apartment buildings. The staff are friendly, they take care of residents packages well and they will fix anything within 24 hours. If they don't significantly raise the price of the place if I renew my lease, I will absolutely live here until I choose to buy.

    I have lived in this building for almost 10 years. The changes made since Bell has taken over have been very positive. The management team of John and Bill are always very responsive, friendly and helpful. The community changes to amenities and the way they are managed has also made living at Bell on Courthouse so much better!

  • A total hidden gem!!!

    If I could give this place 6 stars I would, I have been looking for apartments for the last 6 months and right once I toured bell I knew this was for sure the place I want to call home, throughout the past 2 weeks deciding which floor plan to pick, John was so helpful and accommodating with every question I asked, I never felt pressured or forced to sign quickly. We are very fortunate to finally sign our lease today and make this place our home
