This might be good for a single person or a new couple, but no way will we stay here when the lease is up. Restrictions on dog breeds and sized aren't followed, complaints aren't addressed by the front office ("send us an email -w- pics") and the maintenance staff won't respond to work orders in a timely manner.

The negative comments they have on some reviews are only a reflection of that individuals experience. As is this next statement...Bella Fiore is a wonderful, quiet, and safe place to live within. I have had a few issues with my new apartment but the entire management team was so helpful in ensuring my dwelling was attended to. The ...
Maintenance man Sid is a wonderful person and gets the job done in a timely fashion. The office team are all friendly and welcoming. :-) The grounds are kept clean and the gated community is pretty quiet considering we are across from North Las Vegas Airport. If you are considering moving into these apartments please check the property out for yourself to make your decision. Not too many people with positive experiences take the time to write about them but the people with bad experiences are quick to tell the world about their view of the situation. Do not believe everything you read on the internet. Take matters into your own hands and check it out.

Warning... long post, but worth the time if you’re thinking about moving here.
This place was supposed to be my first apartment, I was very excited to move in. So the first day I moved in, my a/c unit was leaking water through the kitchen and into the bedroom and closet. My carpet was soaked. My water heater didn’t work for almost a week. No hot water, and no showers for a week at this place. maintenance said it was fine.
Carpet was replaced but I had to be home another day off work for the carpet company to come.
I also had to talk to the main manager after being completely disrespected by one of the young FRONT OFFICE ladies. The young lady raised her voice at me, wasted my time waiting in the office, made me jump through hoops to get my proof of insurance to her, just to have my time wasted when their “fax machine was broke” (came to find out, it wasn’t) and she gave me the wrong email and would have to wait another day to handle it.
Then come to find out my mailbox key never worked so I went to them to get it fixed. I only lived here 4 months and never received a fixed mailbox/key. Then was told by front desk “sorry it’s taking awhile, but you can’t be expecting anything too important, right?”
Then, although there are signs EVERYWHERE AND IN THE LEASE that the apartment complex is a crime and violence free area, the gate is broken all the time which resulted into an attempted break in while I was home alone one day.
My room mate had been involved in criminal activity and then left town and a man came, and was able to get into the complex because the “security gates” hardly ever work.
When I tried to get out of my lease or get a one bedroom apartment within the complex, I was told that corporate said “crime happens everywhere” so they can’t do anything for me... EVEN THOUGH I HAD A POLICE REPORT and had people trying to break into my home. Also called corporate directly 6 times, left messages and NEVER had a call back or an answer.
So after living here for only about 4 months and all this drama happening, I get my refund back and was charged for pool keys that I never even received when I moved in.
Good luck being safe and living smoothly here. It’s been a huge mess getting out of this place, but I’m glad I’m out.

We appreciate your feedback and although as the new management company we had no control on past experience we can only improve as we move forward. As far as water being shut off; only in emergencies do we shut it off without notifying the residents. Sometimes it is out of our control and we have had to cut water off if there was a water intrusion that has to be stopped immediately. In all other cases we do notify the residents. moved from California to this DISGUSTING DIRTY infested with roaches. On April 28, 2017 Jessica in the front office had helped me when i walked in, she told me about the 2 bed 2 bath apartments they had available. I was the last to be helped so she was in bit of a rush so when i seen it i liked it and we went back and i gave her a check to move in same day. As soon as Ihad recieved my apartment keys I went inside with my friend to check the placeout and as soon as we walked in we spoted a roach ...
crawling on the wall so we start to move the stove (more started running up the wall), tge refrigerator (even more roaches), in EVERY SINGLE cabinet (ROACHES). That same day i immediately went to Wal-Mart and spent $50 on the sprays and foggers and felt so disgusted i left! I called the next morning with my complaint and they said they would have pest control come by and change all appliances in the apartment. So the apartment was still unliveable so i left back to California come back May 21,2017 to my house with the same appliances and roaches still behind them craeling out. I once again head to the office and the lady even agreed it was still dirty amd disgusting and the refrigerator and stove will be replace the next day so we pulled the old ones out and cleaned and went to Wal-Mart and spent ANOTHER $50 on roach foggers.... When i arrive the next morning I come to anotger refrigerator and stove but with EVEN MORE BIGGER ROACHS INSIDE THEM!!!! I Recorded everything, pictures, everything.... when i showed the office they said they couldnt do anything to the next day! Im so upset with the time, money, stress, and labor in cleaning this has caused me and they didnt want to return my money. I have called News 13 investigation for this disgusting and false advertisements this apartment has given. DO NOT MOVE THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING!!!!!!
