Picturesque and Quiet!!

If you can get an apartment facing the lake, based on availability, I recommend you do so. You won't regret it. The property is well maintained and quiet. The laundry room has had a complete makeover with plenty of brand new washers and dryers. The pool leaves you feeling like you're at a resort. I highly you make this your next residence, you won't be disappointed. The staff is extremely responsive and accommodating, they are truly easy to work with.

Good price, good location, poor property management

The apartments are decent. The location is good. The price is cheaper than most places. The laundry facility is not good and needs repairs. The hot tub will be broken for months. It took 4 months to replace my hot water heater. It's almost impossible to get in touch with someone to address issues. Unless you refuse to pay your rent. Then they'll contact you. The location and price are the best features. Everything else is eh.

Leasing agents have you tour with a technician. Twice I’ve made an appointment for a tour with an agent. (Twice I believe they forgot they scheduled the tour). I was unable to view the properties as discussed over the phone. It should not be the technician’s responsibility to do a leasing agents job. Unfairly to him, he was unable to communicate pricing, availability, or moving information. I hope for his sake, they’re at least cutting him commission for doing their job.

A friend of mine had her car parked right in front of her apartment. She was at home the whole day. The next morning she woke up, she found out the license plate of her car is gone. She noted that just last week, police officers were checking what seemed to have been a vehicle in the parking lot.

This is the best play I ever been in its very nice clear view maintenance is awesome clean .family friendly and the understanding they have when things are tuff it's incredibly and the fact they get to know you on a first name level it's very nice to live there
