November 15, 2022My 3 stars go to all the staff & maintenance,they really do all they can to make the place better. Unfortunately Bella Vida is an old apartment complex & the neighborhood is just not safe or appealing. Roaches were the biggest problem in my apartment & once your neighbor gets infested,best believe you’re next. Overall great management,wrong infrastructure.Review from Apartments.com

September 22, 2021Puedo decir que mi estancia en este lugar ha sido infernal … he tenido unas plagas de cucarachas que he estado al punto de la intoxicación de tanta fumigación porque el sistema de fumigación de este condominio viene te hecha tres gotas y se van … tienes que bañarte con agua fría constante problemas con el agua caliente vas lo reportas y no vienen hacer nada y sigues ,sigues pasando trabajo pagando una renta , una inseguridad ya uno no puede estar tranquilo mucha delincuencia en este lugar …. El ...trabajo de la oficina deben mejorarlo mucho porque se toman las quejas como personal y no entienden que uno paga una renta y tenemos nuestros derechos para vivir así y de contra ser maltratados a la hora de reportar un problema….. solo le digo a las personas que lo estén pensando que lo piensen bien porque en lo que dure el contrato van a vivir mal … yo estoy rezando para que el tiempo pase y mi contrato se venza para irme y olvidarme de esta mala experienciaRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great staff, bad location
August 10, 2020I moved in October 2017 and moved out April 2020. The office staff will listen to your concerns and will try to do their best to help. Maintenance man was awesome, he would fix everything in a timely manner and it will literally be fixed. The landscapers would have the apartments look very clean. unfortunately, there will be people throwing trash in the parking lot. parking is very limited, the flooring is new but cabinets and counters need to be updated. the crime would get worse until it was ...time to move out, especially the corner store across the street. the gate will constantly be open from being broken. anyone running from the cops was able to come into the complex and hide causing dozens of police to search for them. the best part of living here is for it being convenient for restaurants and stores. The property manager needs to invest into the complex, please hire an on duty cop and do background checks on the people living here and be more strict.Property Manager Responded

An honest review from current tenant 2020
July 17, 2020I have lived here 6 months, and for the mosy part have liked it so im not some evicted tenant with a grudge or anything like that...The units are very nice, the double paned high efficiency windows make a huge impact on bills the color schemes are attractive. Unfortunately where the property is on a corner where across the street is a very shady corner store and an even shadier tire shop behind it where the homeless linger at all hours, often there are guns firing over there quite often not as ...bad sense ive started texting 911 every time i hear them. The lighting around the property is not enough to feel safe late at night being outside and when I got home last month there was a letter on the door saying there had been a home invasion and murder on the property so now i really dont feel safe living here. Its unfortunate because its a nice place just needs a full time off duty officer and lighting under the coverd parking and around the property would help eliminate the dark areas people can hide as well as fix the holes in the iron perimeter fence.Property Manager Responded

It’s no longer safe
February 5, 2020I’ve been here for a year or so and have bombed the apartment a few times and roaches still return. They just started notifying of delivered packages to the office. The apartments are old so there will be issues. The maintenance man is very punctual and quick, so no complaint there, however the gates are left open and this has increased crime. There have been cars broken into, normally it’s peaceful but the surrounding gas stations have a lot of activity and people hanging out and police officers ...and tow trucks always blocking main streets. Parking has become limited and can’t wait to move out!Property Manager Responded

July 20, 2015I like the apartment is a townhome very nice like the place and has the washer and dryer in one room on the side very spacious . the only thing is very far from my new job looking for a closer place so I don't have to drive that much .Review from Apartments.com
