Charming but not without flaws
July 28, 2015There are many wonderful features of this apartment complex. It is conveniently located near the Mount Vernon Rd Hyvee yet still far enough off the cross streets so as to be a quiet and peaceful location. The neighbors are friendly, there is a very nice courtyard between the buildings and ample parking. Pets are also welcome with a deposit. That being said, the maintenance has proven to be less than ideal. There are two out of the four dryers that have not been working for months. We have ...never gotten screens put in our windows. The bathroom is rather small as well but the spacious kitchen makes up for that a bit. Overall, this is a good deal for the amount of rent you pay but there are improvements that could be made.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
