Apts look nothing like these photos!

Have no idea where they got these photos, maybe they fixed up one of the apts to look like this. Now photo of rental office is real LOL. These apartments are old as Moses, and filled with roaches, ants, and sometimes rats. Cabinets are old, shower tiles & tubes are old and re-painted, What they are charging now is crazy! I can be in my shower and hear the person next door in their shower singing, and it sounds like we are taking a shower together! There is no where to park at night! ...

Property has only 1 pool, other one always broke down. Playground has 1 slide, so it’s always in use..no where for the kids to play! And they have so many rules, basically all you can do is stay in your apt and pay rent on time. They don’t want you hanging out outside, no smoking in or outside your apt. This is my honest review…don’t believe me? You’ll find out after you move in.

I have lived here for many years, basically can't afford to move, so here's my honest review. First it is true all the old office staff & mainteance people vanished over night, have no idea what happened. They were great, the new folks not so much lol. I have had the same neighbors for years, so no problems with them. Now on the Apts, lots of improvements on the outside, hardly any on the inside, especially for those that have been here for a while. Most of the appliances in my Apt look like ...

they came with the complex, when it was built back in the 70's. The laundry room washers & dryers are old as sin, some work, some don't, some struggle to work LOL. Now they do increase your rent every year, and you must pay on time, even a day late they want an extra $100, which is ridiculous & there are a lot of hidden fee's that increase your rent even more, than what you agree on, so ask questions. For what you pay now, you could live in a brand new high rise downtown. The people that live here are a mixture of all races, when i first moved here it was all black & latino & was as rowdy & crazy as a 24hr block party, but now it's mostly quiet and you feel safe to walk around.

After a couple of years here the old staff disappears and they brought new management. The new people started harrasing old tenants with low rent with arbitrary fines and penalties to drive them out to raise the rent on thier apartments. There is so many roaches inside the walls is imposible to get of them. And garbage disposal the only one for 380 units is always full and disgusting.
