This community is charming and full of character! It's in a great location in Meyerland, with excellent shopping and restaurants nearby. It's only about 15 minutes from the Medical Center, Downtown, and the Galleria, and just 5 minutes from Bellaire.
I love living here and highly recommend it!

Went by to lay eyes on the property and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I left feeling the prices were fair for the product. I'd recommend.

I've lived at Bellaire Oaks for a while now, and the difference over the last several months has been incredible. The new manager has done an amazing job turning things around. You can tell they truly care about the residents and take pride in making Bellaire Oaks a great place to live.
The office staff is always welcoming, friendly, and quick to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance team has also been responsive and professional whenever I've needed them.
One of the biggest ...
improvements I've noticed is how clean the property has become. The grounds are well maintained, the common areas look great, and it's obvious the team is working hard every day to keep the community looking its best.
It's refreshing to see management so involved and committed to making positive changes. I appreciate all the hard work the staff puts in, and I'm happy to call Bellaire Oaks home. Keep up the great work!

I had gone on one tour and it was nice, I was in good contact with the leasing office. I then scheduled a second tour with a leasing agent, drove 45 minutes to get there, only for the office to be closed. The agent should have known the office was closed that day. Given I was desperate to find a place, I applied for a lease here, and never heard back from the office again. I'm sure they're happy they got $50 out of a broke college student.

This is the only complex where i’ve had to deal with my hot water being off multiple times within a year. Sometimes it takes up to two days. Bugs, mice, randomly locking gates as well laundry rooms with NO warning / emails !!! Extremely poor communication. Not worth the price
