Did movie night in the summer of 2023. Had drinks, snack and popcorn. Hope to do it again in the summer of 2024. Naomi even did a ice cream truck for residents. I lived here for over 12 years. December 23, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comGreat place to live as a starter apartment, rent has ballooned since the pandemic, but the apartments are nice, the grounds are well kept, the neighborhood is very safe and convenient and the staff is very helpful, especially tomas the maintenance super, all service request are typically taken care of that day and well done.

July 14, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThis is a great, safe, and cozy area to live. I appreciate the convenience. With an irregular work schedule parking is never stressful. Noemi and her maintenance team is amazing and very friendly and attentive. They will complete any request you submit fairly quickly no matter the level of priority. I have been living here way well over 5 years and just had my apartment walls freshly painted. The contractors did an amazing job I feel Like I just moved in!
