We were so happy to be able to get a unit in this place. Nayeli Lopez was superb. She helped us all the way from the start and was always in contact with us on what we still need to submit until we got the unit. The apartment and the surroundings are very nice and clean and quiet.

I have had a great experience moving in. David from management made me feel welcome even before deciding to move in. He worked around my schedule, answered my questions, and made sure the apartment was in top shape. The community is clean and quiet. Parking is also good; I have no complaints so far.

Neomi and the new crew are very nice and helpful. The super is friendly and helpful. Neomi is helpful and very nice. She is amazing with a smile. Did movie night in the summer of 2023. Had drinks, snack and popcorn. Hope to do it again in the summer of 2024. Naomi even did a ice cream truck for residents. I lived here for over 12 years. I even get snacks from the office. Seen a lot of changes and great improvements. Love the improvements. This is my home and have no plans on moving. ... Mike

Great place to live as a starter apartment, rent has ballooned since the pandemic, but the apartments are nice, the grounds are well kept, the neighborhood is very safe and convenient and the staff is very helpful, especially tomas the maintenance super, all service request are typically taken care of that day and well done.

This is a great, safe, and cozy area to live. I appreciate the convenience. With an irregular work schedule parking is never stressful. Noemi and her maintenance team is amazing and very friendly and attentive. They will complete any request you submit fairly quickly no matter the level of priority. I have been living here way well over 5 years and just had my apartment walls freshly painted. The contractors did an amazing job I feel Like I just moved in!
