Rent isn't bad, buildings look terrible outside! The only good part is heat included. No maintenance person on site but when they send someone over like i saw in my mother in laws apt, some guy stinking of beer came over!

Ownership could care less about tenants

The condition of the units are very subpar. Ownership could care less. They just want your money and you can just deal with it. My father passed away and my rent was 2 days late because of it but they STILL wanted the late fee of $50!! The late alone is too much money for the condition of these units. Management constantly asking to use my place as a show model because the rest of them were even worse and that’s saying something
