October 12, 2020It’s in a great location, my 1 bedroom apartment is spacious. maintenance guy always comes right over and fixes or helps you in whatever you need. The price includes all utilities - can’t beat that. Cons: There is no storage unit. Parking lot is a daily struggle , but there is street parking if needed (rare that it happens). Overall, I really do like it here.Review from Apartments.com
BEWARE!
August 8, 2016DO NOT VISIT ANYONE WHO LIVES HERE AND PARK IN THE LOT. I WAS INSIDE LESS THAN 2 HOURS AND MY VEHICLE WAS TOWED COSTING ME 225 TO GET BACK. PERMIT PARKING MAKES NO SENSE!! IT'S NOT THE CITY!!!!! THERE WERE SEVERAL OPEN SPACES! DUMP!Review from Apartments.com
Good for couples starting out
August 3, 2015Nice apartments come with everything but cable included. Internet isn't great but since it's included in the rent I don't mind too much. I'd recommend living here if you want a place close to the city without the price of living downtown. Not a bad drive to Robinson or Mcknight Rd for shopping.
