AC? Heat? Safety?
November 24, 2025n the year and a half I’ve lived here, I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with not one, not two, but three different management companies—each somehow worse than the last. Here’s a quick highlight reel of life here from July 2024 to now (Nov 2025): -The AC has broken multiple times and is still not actually fixed. Every company sends someone out for another “temporary fix” that lasts maybe a week before dying again. -We currently have no working heat, which is really fun in the winter. -Our dryer ...broke repeatedly within two months, and we only got a new one after going to the office and demanding one. -The walkway to our entrance had lifted wooden planks for MONTHS before anyone cared to fix them. It’s shocking no one faceplanted over the railing. -The new management has overcharged me three different times by about $100 each and seems genuinely baffled every time I ask why it keeps happening. -One of my overnight guests even had their hubcaps stolen in the parking lot. Overall, living here has been one long lesson in lowered expectations. If you enjoy constant maintenance issues, safety hazards, surprise charges, and parking lot theft, you’ll fit right in.Property Manager Responded

Worst Place Ever to Live - Managment Simple incompetent or does care
April 25, 2025I wish i had the option to give no starts I moved in September 2024, and from the moment I stepped foot into this place, I knew I had been duped—lied to, misled, and completely taken for a fool! During the initial inspection, I uncovered a laundry list of problems that should have been fixed before I even moved in—dishwasher not working, rusted washing machine, broken walkway lights, door that refuses to unlock properly, patio door that won’t open, bedroom window that won’t lock, ceiling fan ...broken, bathroom laminate peeling up, and an absolutely atrocious paint job spanning the entire apartment. And that’s just scratching the surface! I was assured all of this would be sorted out—lied to again and again. Six months have passed, and not a single thing has been addressed. The dishwasher wasn’t even repaired — it was simply looked at and left disassembled! My dad had to step in and fix it himself. The ceiling fan, which is essential for comfort, was only fixed after my dad intervened again. The trash left in the apartment and piled on the landing? My dad had to haul it away like it’s his job! Nothing else has been fixed or even looked at. Nobody has bothered to contact me, to give me a plan or even acknowledge these issues—they’ve simply ignored every single report I made. And now, after all of this, the A/C doesn’t work at all—stuck at 80 degrees or more no matter what setting I choose. Who’s responsible for fixing this? Clearly not the management. And just when you think it can’t get worse, they’ve started charging me over $300 more than what I originally agreed upon—completely unjustified. They’ve also hit me with insurance charges despite me providing proof of my renters insurance. How dare they?! The pool is non-functional, half the gym equipment is out of order, and the grounds are a nightmare—trash and garbage everywhere, as if nobody cares at all. Don’t be fooled by the photos—they’re at least 20 years old, and the place is an absolute dump. The entire management team must be either incompetent or deliberately neglecting their responsibilities to rack up cash and rip tenants off! They are unresponsive and completely indifferent to your suffering. Stay far away from this disaster of a property!Property Manager Responded

Negligent property, safety issues, code violations
January 3, 2025I’ve lived in Bellevue West almost a year and they recently switched property management teams to an extremely unprofessional and unproductive company. They only care about their financial gain and will put on a facade for prospective residents up until they sign a lease, then they become impossible to contact- their phone lines don’t work and they won’t respond to emails. The maintenance team won’t respond to requests and won’t answer emergency maintenance calls. If you value your health, then ...you will mind the mold, roaches, plumbing leaks, code violations, and probably the fact someone got shot and killed on the property as well. Maintenance Issues
December 2, 2024As a current resident, I wanted to post my experience with Bellevue West. I have lived here 5 years, and even under the new management, I’m extremely disappointed with the service here. My dryer stopped working on November 11th, and despite submitting a work order right away, maintenance still hasn’t come by to address it. I gave them a week before I followed up with the office staff on the status of the work request. The office staff told me they couldn’t provide a timeline for repairs because ...they prioritize emergency maintenance requests first, and that my dryer not working wasn’t considered an emergency. While I understand emergencies happen, nearly three weeks without even looking at a basic maintenance issue is unacceptable. If you’re considering moving here, I would not recommend it. September 17, 2024Absolutely worst place ever! Check your police report and check your review before ever considering this place ! Mold everywhere, air issues and nothing but crime, harassment, dog poop everywhere!!! I could go on and on
September 11, 2024There is no actual ventilation in our bathrooms. We just realized that each bathroom has a hole in the wall, vents no where, it’s just a box hole, where a small fan was put to make it look like ventilation. We kept getting mold and mildew and felt like we had to constantly clean the bathroom more than ever before. I thought the fans were just blowing the wrong direction. Nope, there’s no ventilation. Our dishwasher hasn’t worked effectively since we got here despite 3 service requests.Property Manager Responded
