A/C being broken for 5 months of the hottest weather TN has experienced in decades. Maintenance is shows up and does a “fix” that lasted maybe two days at best. Multiple complaints that apparently fell on the deaf ears of whoever manages this dump. Water damage from the ice storm that went unfixed for months even after multiple calls and there own walk throughs. Maintenance finally shows up to do work, takes our window slats for the balcony to fix water damage and just never comes back. Then ...
after all of this they have the audacity to try and charge me $100 for them? Stayed there through multiple management companies and each somehow did worse than the one before. Just sloppy old housing that has been on the news multiple times for there negligence towards air conditioning and even entire town homes collapsing on themselves. Do yourself a favor and just spend more money and go somewhere else.
