I've been living here for almost 5 years and I have finally had enough. The workers do minimum work and the manager is awful. Every time I need maintenance for the apartment, whether its with the central air not working or the sink leaking, I have to ask several times and then make a complaint before one staff members tries to "fix" the problem. Not only are they rude, but they have no experience what so ever with most of the things they claim that they can do. The maintenance guys are 2 men that ...
"fix" all the problems you will definitely have with your apartment. The parking situation is a mess! When you first move in, they will tell you that you can park on the side street if you live in one of the back buildings, but that is completely false. I've gotten a ticket for parking on the side because I decided to believe the words the manager said. All the residents I have talked to say the same thing about these apartments, terrible! All though it is cheaper than most apartments, It is not worth the obstacles you will definitely go through if you live here. I am moving out and everyone else should STAY AWAY!

This place will chase you away after you move in. The manager is horrible. She doesn't do her job. Maintenance is lazy and unresponsive. Drive through the complex when it is a weekend or at night because you will be able to see how the property really is. There are cops there EVERY week. If you Google the place you will also see horrific reviews. The news and the Internet has all of the fire activity on record. There were 3 fires in the past 3 years that were widespread and not only affected a ...
