June 4, 2024Anybody looking to rent here… look away. Buildings look horrible need to be power washed and painted. Interior of apartments are outdated and are only slightly remodeled if residents move out, unless you are the property manager and is constantly remodeling their apartment.Review from Apartments.com

September 6, 2019This place is getting worse 2 or 3 years ago, the tools of the vehicles began to be stolen. also some things of the departments and it seems that the manager is not interested because the problem continues. Amazing with a couple exceptions
May 3, 2019This is by far one of the most amazing, affordable apartment complexes in the area. The units are nice, affordable, upgraded, and cozy. The apartment manager is AMAZING, and she's really helped us through all of our questions and concerns, which there wasn't many because things are great here. Maintenance requests are handled by Angel very quickly, although sometimes the maintenance guy seems a little serious, he's actually a friendly guy once you get to know him. The only thing I would ...change is the policy regarding parents not being outside to supervise their small children. April 19, 2019I’ve been living at least 15 years and since the new manager arrives I’ve never seen the tree palms been trimmed the branches are hanging and looks so bad before they was putting seasonal flowers front and both side of the main entrance now you will see 2 or 3 agaves on each planter last summer people was bringing their own chairs to the pool because was fixing them now the jacuzzi is closed many times was repairing with used parts but the rent is been Increased about $400 on the last 3 or 4 ...years now you cannot do barbecue in your porch you have to cook on the picnic area over 95* on summer and then come back to your house because is nothing shade there. Of course a lot a people is getting out to find an other place. I’m paying my rent and I have the right to receive the best treat living here unfortunately many people prefer just move out.Property Manager Responded
May 3, 2019The trees are trimmed once a year minimum, and twice a year at most. We also have regular professional landscaping that maintains the entire property every Tuesday. Unfortunately, California went through a very severe water drought in recent years. During these past couple of years, the city of Mission Viejo has restricted water usage, which prevents us from keeping seasonal flowers. Hence, the beautiful succulents. We have brand new pool furniture with tables and an umbrella. There's no reason to bring your own chairs to the pool area. The jacuzzi was closed off for a week for repair (with new parts) and has been hot, bubbly, and open for use since then. There is no BBQ-ing on the porch due to fire hazards. We have a designated BBQ area for your safety and convenience. This has been the case for years. January 24, 2019I've lived here for 24 years and I am a happy resident. The comment below is clearly someone who more than likely was upset because the property manager is doing her job. Nobody likes to be told when they're doing something wrong. I am saddened to read the comment below because our property is not how this person described it. The manager is a very hard working person and has made this property so much better than it's ever been. Our property is cleaned and kept up daily by the maintenance. We ...have cute looking bunnies but NO rats! Instead of reading these BOGUS comments, you should come and see the property in person. One of the reasons why nobody really moves out. November 9, 2018Here’s a few things to consider ... 1) large rats 2)police activity/specifically gang related SWAT 3) 10 people to one apartment 4) a ride apartment manager who takes advange of the undocumentated. 5) a hassle to get anything fixed! June 2, 2018You won’t enjoy living here. New apartment manager and is very strict on everything. You can’t enjoy being at the pool because you literally can’t do anything or else the manager will complain. No music, no loud tv, computers. You can’t even breathe. She is rude and only cares about herself, doesn’t consider anyone else. Never actually at the office. If I were you, I would look somewhere else to live.Review from Apartments.com
