January 4, 2026I’ve lived here for 4 year now and I can say this place has declined a lot since grey star bought the place. Not sure what happened to Robert. He was an excellent property manager. Everything is always broken (elevator, doors, gates) nowadays. Back hallways are nasty filled with dog poop and pee. Leasing office does not send communication about anything anymore to residents. Used to love the property but not sure if I want to keep paying the amount that I do for subpar living amenities.Review from Apartments.com

The staff is so approachable, kind, and very friendly. I love how easy it is to be understood and get my needs taken care of! The entire building is consistently well-maintained (cleanliness AND landscaping/pool), people are generally friendly and respectful, and everything from the unit design to the halls and shared areas are of the highest quality. ...You truly get access to an opulent living space in a quaint area at a pretty reasonable price! September 18, 2025For the most part, my experience here has been great. However, there’s been a huge (negative) energy shift with the office staff. Where Robert, Lindsey & Yuko made it feel like home and offered immaculate care and customer service, I don’t get that anymore. Yuko is still very amazing, but there are ppl in the office now who don’t even smile back or greet you when you walk by, the new gentleman, to be specific. Frankly, I hate it. As I’m friends with quite a few of my neighbors, I’ve heard that ...others feel the same. I understand that there may be some temps covering until the new perm team gets here, but I think it’s worth noting that Robert & Lindsey left some very big shoes to fill. If I hadn’t already done it, I probably would not have renewed my lease if the current experience is what I knew we were in for.Property Manager Responded

There have been some imperfections here and there but the property staff makes efforts to keep things under control and in order so that residents aren't having an insufferable living experience.
