There have been some imperfections here and there but the property staff makes efforts to keep things under control and in order so that residents aren't having an insufferable living experience. December 27, 2024I have loved living here! The location is perfect, even though we’re sandwiched between two railroad tracks the structure of the building is so great because it is still very peaceful. November 4, 2024Overall, we are pleased with our time at Bellrock Sawyer Yards. The unit that we are in is spacious and we enjoy the layout. The kitchen is great and the finishes/appliances are nice. The location is pretty great as well, especially if you work downtown. I can be in my desk chair in about 10 minutes from leaving my door. There are many restaurants within close driving distance, however, I do wish there were more walkable options. We went with AT&T for internet/wifi and we are pleased with the ...speeds. Some things to keep in mind… this apartment building is nestled between 2 VERY active train tracks. Sometimes these trains stop, blocking the intersections, and you will have to take a detour to get around. Also, make sure you are not in a unit under the 3rd floor lounge. You will hear people playing billiards/foosball and stomping around… all the time. Lastly, the gym at Bellrock Sawyer Yards is very average. I would recommend getting a gym membership somewhere else. One more thing to add, we have not had the greatest experience with management. We have had an ongoing mold problem in our unit for roughly 3 months (at the time of writing this). I’m sure others are dealing with this too. The maintenance team responded quickly for other, more mechanical problems that we have had in our unit (ex. Dishwasher and garbage disposal), but the mold issue has not been resolved. In conclusion, this is a good place to live and I would recommend it. But make sure to keep this review in mind before choosing your unit and signing your lease.Property Manager Responded
