The residents are defeated and just give up at this point when it comes to the appearance and cleanliness of the unit outside of the apartment. May 13, 2024I was really excited to move to bellrock, on the first week the music after 11 form my neighbor was really bad, the elevator is always dirty, I request for one service three times, the key on the app stop working, people on the front desk is really rude, I sent all my info for my emotional support dog before I move in, the day that I move in I ask if everything was ok with my dog and the girl on the front desk say yes, now 5 month later, you are telling me that my doe is wasn't registered, to be ...honest I'm really disappointment of the Bellrock apartments, I'm just waiting to my contract ends to move from here.Property Manager Responded

Pseudo luxury apartments
April 24, 2024Avoid the headache that these pseudo "luxury" apartments are. This place is far from being luxurious as the facility's site claims. The first red flag I came upon was the previous tenants notice to vacate left on the dirty counter that was supposed to be clean. Her name and info were on their, no respect for privacy. Someone literally got shot while walking their dog across from the cemetery right across the street;I'm talking 10 ft across the street. From what I hear this is not the first ...violent act. Vehicles have gotten stolen and some apartments have even been broken into. The amount of times I have had to sleep in my own living room because I had to avoid obnoxious,unruly, and loud people that apparently don't work on a random Tuesday night is insane. This place rents out to Airbnb. I have had to tell multiple air bnb tenants to please take their phone calls and balcony parties inside at 3 am when I have to wake up for work at 5:30 am. These people have no manners they roll their eyes at me as if I'm the inconvenience. As I write this at 3:10 am the airbnb renters below me were out drinking,cackling, and pouring beer over the balcony. If you call the after hours number, nothing happens! Another huge issue with this complex is morbidly unregulated parking. The amount of people that park here that do not have a lease is asinine. They don't park on the top floors as instructed, they leave their trash on the garage floor, and management does nothing. They will not get towed like the hazard red signs indicate. If someone parks in 2 spots, management has to approve the tow. Meaning if its after hours you're out of luck.There's a man who even runs a car renting business on the 1st floor,he himself takes 8 spots. Suspicious vehicles wait to sneak in through the gate late at night, probably the same people stealing cars. Some tenants let their dogs urinate in the garage,others pour cooking oil over the parking garage wall onto walkable areas near the dog park. For one that's dangerous for pets and second it's just dirty. I have had multiple packages stolen,which I have also communicated with management about. Safety is of no concern. These units do not house respectable people who abide by rules,and management does not care.Property Manager Responded

worst management ever
August 27, 2023DO NOT sign the lease. Once you signed and it’s over. Get ready to pay for over 1K for all BS cleaning fee and whatever they want to name it. Also They will tell your deposit is ZERO even they made you paid to moved in. Gate is always broken, dog park gate is always broken, EV charging is broken. RUN, RUN FASTER
August 17, 2023I lived at this property for 2 1/2 years & its only gotten worse. There is a new management team every 6 months or less. The garage gate is ALWAYS broke & they have frequent car break-ins. The gym temperature is HUMID & annoying to work-out in. There’s always a water leak somewhere in the halls saturating the carpet & they have roaches. And beware upon move out they will charge non-sense fees for leaving a crumb on the counter.Property Manager Responded
