The views are awesome, the staff is super friendly, lots of amenities, and the cares team works hard to host awesome events for the residents. That's about as much as the apartment has going for it though. There are some cool residents to hang out with at the fire pits (which haven't been working for a few weeks now), but there are also reports of packages going missing, people being cat called from the balconies, and other incidents like this. ...nice but once you start looking closer you'll notice the rooms are fairly cheaply made. My shower has bits chipping off (which have cut me once or twice), the door handles are loose, switches are uneven, there's unpainted parts, and the list goes on. The maintenance team seems to respond fairly quickly but they always leave the lights on when they leave, and they'll enter without notice (came home a few times to all my lights on, even though I live alone and turn them off when I leave for work). The worst part is there is no insulation between the floors so you can hear even the lightest foot steps from the room above you (try and get a top floor if you're moving in). I've tried talking to my upstairs neighbor, getting the front desk involved, and even the security team to no avail. So don't expect too much quiet if you have upstairs neighbors (mine has a kid that stomps all day, and well into the night). I know living in an apartment complex you'll hear some of the day to day noises of your neighbors but this is absurd. There is also an issue with dog owners not picking up after their dogs, even though there are supplied dogs bags at the park (which has had a gate that has been broken for at least two months) and stations around the complex.
tldr: nice location, great view, nice amenities, and looks good but has serious underlying issues.
