Rude representative kept hanging up

The representative hung up on me and when I called back she hung up again when I asked for her name. Very rude!eft a message to speak with a supervisor, unprofessional, if you don’t like your job, don’t work there and look for another location. Still waiting for supervisor to call me back.
Lack of respect.
March 10, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThe property and the apartment itself seems nice during the walkthrough. But when I called to follow up on the progress of the credit check I was told, by the receptionist, a notice was sent out on this particular day and then was hung up on. When I called back to speak with the manager he repeated the receptionist and then immediately hung up on us. Very disrespectful!

May 25, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comBe aware of Belmont Place Sr. Apartment! They will take advantage of you! And will take your deposit and days later will say your rejected! They will show you a clean unit but when it comes time to rent it's nothing like the one showed! Their nice in person but very rude over the phone!
