Loved living here at first until COVID
August 13, 2023When I first moved in in 2019, the building was super nice and clean and well taken care of. Once COVID hit this place became an absolute dump. Bed bugs and roaches everywhere (yup they had someone spray numerous times but the entire floor had a problem) and the laundry room is disgusting. I moved out ASAP once the bed bugs took over. Worth mentioning the pool is owned by an outside company and WAY too expensive to actually use.Review from Apartments.com
Pigeon problem

Beware
July 29, 2022After 25+ years I moved out of this dump. Infested with roaches and water bugs. In all that times I never got so much as a single coat of paint but they had the nerve to take more than half my security deposit to prime and paint and repair floors. In all that time the only thing I got from them is a less old dish washer when my antique I inherited finally died.Review from Apartments.com
Love it here
April 14, 2022I have been in my apartment since Oct 2021 and so far so good. I love the building, the convenience of parking near the entrance, and esp the laundry area. There is someone who will pick up & deliver my laundry for a resonable fee. I also like that they deliver Amazon packages to my door. I love the sunset view from my 3rd floor. Now some negatives are the super is not that great, however, certain things got done, like they fixed my terrace door, changed a light bulb in a timely manner. The ...people in the office can get edgy, you have to know how to deal with that. I suggest just be nice. The shopping is great in Bay Terrace shopping center and I love the Stop&Shop there. Sad
April 29, 2021I lived in this building for 20 years. Moved to Fla. last year. This used to be a very nice place. But management doesn't want to hear anything, except for you to pay your rent. For two years I had to put up a tenant above me that stomped around, dropped heavy items, etc. Management paid no attention to my complaints. After 20 years, I had no respect. You don’t want to live here
April 17, 2021You don’t want to live here. The maintenance is non existent. The bathroom overflows constantly and nothing is done. You either pay for a private plumber or live with it. The bathroom door collapsed off it’s hinges and was patched together terribly. The floors are busted up. Unsafe. Complaints go unheard. Management company does nothing. At best you’ll get a kid to sneak your toilet now and then but it doesn’t solve the problem of the systemic level. DON'T DO IT!Review from Apartments.com
Disappointing
September 15, 2017Just moved in within the last month and already had to deal with giant holes in my door that they covered up so I couldn't see them, broken applicances, roaches, and my shower curtain rod collapsing during a holiday weekend. Poor hygiene & maintenance
September 9, 2017Lived here for many years but decided to move elsewhere due to unresponsive management for roach infestation. There were roaches roaming down the hallway & inside apartment units. Sunsets
August 17, 2015I love my apartment! The parquet floors are finished with a high shine , there's lots of light and the closets are huge. There's great public transportation just a few steps away and easy access to the major highways. The building is maintained really well and I just knew when I saw it that it would be right for me. Just imagine my delight my first night in the apartment when I stepped out onto my terrace and realized I had a clear view to watch the sunset. Great Building
July 31, 2015This is a great building in a great neighborhood. Express bus to the city and walking distance from great shopping. The building is well maintained and is always being upgraded. The building also has a pool club with tennis courts on premises. 24 hour security. Most of the apartments have been totally renovated. I've been here many years so mine is non-renovated but still in good condition. All have terraces. July 3, 2014The Security Officer that showed me the apartments was very kind, knowledgeable about the apartment complex and neighborhood. The Super was also very nice and personable.
