Not a good place to live. Many rules. Very noisy neighbors.

First of all, the lady that runs the park is unbearable to deal with. The yards are extremely small and park management will threaten you if you don’t immediately cut your grass if it grows slightly. Trash collection is never on the correct day and often they won’t even bothering showing up certain weeks. The park is next to 695 so you get all the traffic and noise from the highway. Behind the park is a concrete place that operates late at night sometimes and blows dust all over your vehicles. ...

You can also hear the trains blow their horns late at night while you’re trying to sleep. Random crackheads and bums often loiter around the park and at the gas stations near by. Every year they increase rents. Give this one a hard pass and look elsewhere.
