If I can give this place no star, I would - HORRIBLE

These are the WORST apartment complexes in the area. If I could give them no stars I honestly would. The owners are nothing but arrogant cheap CNA's who won't invest a dime in the property.
I don't know why I didn't leave from this place earlier. Mom and me did everything to keep the apartment as spotless as possible after 4 years and they still refused to give the deposit back.
Don't let the 5 star comments fool you, those are just the owners uping their crappy property reviews & everything ...
that was said about them is true.
I've requested three years ago that I wanted blinds changed and carpets cleaned and I was promised that that would be done & it never happened.
The property manager is an ignorant human being that doesn't care to resolve issues but would rather apply the "get out of my office" saying which seems like that's the only thing the brainless lady knows how to do.
Getting repairs done is like asking Jesus for a blessing, it'll happen, but later in life on their own terms. There is an emergency number but nobody ever answers it, so good luck with that.
The apartment halls are always cluttered with trash (pictures will be provided) and the daily baby diapers smelling up the whole hallway.
They don't care about personal property damage on the properties, so if you feel like you worrying about your car being safe is a issue, you might as well find another apartment because they just don't care. I had a drunk driver smash my car (who is my neighbor) and they didn't do anything at all (pictures will be provided also
STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.
