May 13, 2021A short bike ride distance from the beach, walking distance from the grocery store and a five minute drive from the interstate. Not only is the location great but the manager Loretta is outstanding and looking to do the necessary upgrades to keep this complex in good condition. Don't Do It
April 13, 2018This place is a dump. They charge way more than this place is worth. When they say new counters it is not new. It is newly painted/coated. The tubs and sinks are also coated and constantly chip. The floors are made of wood and you hear your neighbors EVERY step. There are more dogs than people in the complex and you constantly hear dogs barking. I and many others have had rats in our apartments. Your water bill is split with everyone in your building so you pay for their family and guests to ...shower and do laundry. Mangement is rude and inattentive. The advertised grills never work. The police are in the parking lot every other night due to the thugs that live here. Homeless wander over from the adjacent shopping center and bathe in the pool on the weekends. You will have NO peace if you move here!. If you are still willing to move here after reading this you are foolish and you WILL REGRET IT! Great Apartment for Families/Young Folks, but Showing Some Age
January 11, 2018Just moved out after about 2 years. Overall, I would absolutely have kept my lease going if the prices were lower. The staff is very friendly, and the maintenance guys were always helpful. We had a hole in the wall that was fixed the day after we told them about it. The A/C in our apartment was fixed within a week during summer, and the guys were always professional in our apartment. The laundry facility is a welcome addition, but be aware that there's only a handful of washers for the entire ...complex, so do your laundry at odd days/times. The machines can be pretty glitchy, too. We did have issues with noisy neighbors; but there was only one apartment making the noise and they were soon evicted (for non-payment of rent). Otherwise, this is a very safe and friendly complex with lots of families and kids. The apartments are starting to show their age, however. No elevators means a heavy walk upstairs for anybody on the third floor (at least they recently covered the stairwells so you don't get rained on anymore). The walls and appliances are starting to show their age, too. Make sure you do a thorough inspection of the unit you're interested in before signing the papers.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to live.
August 7, 2015It is a great place to live. Staff is friendly. The grounds is well kept. There is two gas grills close to the pools, to be enjoyed while you and you geust loung around the pool on a saterday afternoon. There is a gym and a full laudry facility that can be used.
