January 18, 2026Living at Bennington Heights Apartment Homes has been a fairly mixed experience for me. The biggest positives are the convenient location, easy access to major roads, and relatively affordable rent compared to nearby communities. The apartments are spacious, and the overall neighborhood feels calm. However, some areas do feel outdated, and maintenance responses can be inconsistent at times, which can be frustrating. Common areas could also be better maintained. Overall, it’s a decent place to ...live if you’re prioritizing location and budget, but there is definitely room for improvement in upkeep and management responsiveness.Property Manager Responded

January 16, 2026I still love living here. The location is so convenient for me. I really just wish that Mills Properties and some of the staff actually cared about their residents and would stop leaving it up to residents to police their billing system. They charge you extra for everything and then leave it up to you get it corrected or make you wait forever to correct something.Property Manager Responded

December 21, 2025I’ve been living here for the past 6 years. The last two years the maintenance of the property has gone down. It’s trash in the yard. Maintenance or leasing isn’t making people who are responsible clean it up. People are speeding through the apartment complex and need speed bumps.
