Overall not a good apartment to stay in

No Management on site. 1 maintenance Guy who doesn’t really care about fixing anything. Neighbors aren’t welcoming. Pretty quiet apartment complex but the walls are paper thin. You can hear conversations, tvs, and anything going in any apartment. Shower water randomly turns scorching hot and can burn you at anytime which makes me scared to let my daughter shower. Broken washers.

Lived here for 2 years. The walls are THIN! You can hear people’s TVs, conversations, snoring, etc! Horrible. Maintenance is okay. Rent is fair for the location. Neighbors can be hit or miss. Either cool or nosey and report EVERY thing you do to try and get you evicted. Be warned. Go somewhere else to do laundry.
