We have 1 & 2-bedroom apartments and 3 & 4-bedroom townhomes. Nice Place
January 7, 2026I’ve lived here for a year and it’s been a really nice place. The market is right next door, the freeway is just down the street, and the tenants are friendly and quiet. You’ll see kids playing outside during the summer, which brings a nice community feel. I definitely renewed my lease.Review from Apartments.com

February 27, 2021I lived in this community for seven years. I recommend Benson Village because of the outstanding quality of their employees. They are pleasant to deal with. They are kind and compassionate. Furthermore, they considered me like family while going through difficult times. They assisted me when I was immobile. The maintenance crew provided reasonable accommodation needs within minutes of receiving my request. They went far and beyond of what I expected or required by the ADA.
