I don’t recommend anyone living here it’s very dangerous and some one shot multiple shots at the bilding one of the shout hit my truck and the managers acted like it was nothing

Inadequate

The rent is affordable. There is no security although there needs to be, because my safety was questioned a number of times, especially having to come in after working late at night. The maintenance team would come out to fix issues. Although, you could always tell when they came, because they would leave a track of dirt on the rugs and floor. I understand that job can get messy, but the least they could do is clean up the dirt they brought in. The management team needs work. You can't get in ...
contact with your own apartment manager via telephone on most days, because they set their office telephones to go directly to the emergency on call messenger. To add on to the manager's professionalism she offered a payment plan to a tenant who was planning to leave the unit, then after making the plan the manager still sent the account to collections without notifying the tenant as she said she would, that's unprofessional if you ask me. Communication is a must. This place was suitable/affordable for two college students who were on a tight budget and splitting the rent. Not everyday was a bad day, but when a "bad day" did occur it confirmed the fact that I wouldn't recommend Bent Tree Apartments to anyone.

This property is perfect if you enjoy peace and quiet. I have been here for over 3 years and I can not complain about anything. The rooms are spacious and the rent is affordable for this area. They have a community that is available for their residents to use.

Leaking
September 11, 2015
Loved the place when we first moved here until it started to rain. We have 3 different leaks in different areas! I let the office know right away, it took weeks until a roofer came. A few weeks after it was "fixed" that's when the second leak sprang. This was at the beginning of the summer, it is now September and not only is my roof still leaking but they didn't even send anyone to check in on us or the problem ! Poor management and maintenance !

We moved here not too long ago because my husband is In the coast guard. Three times we have had our kids room soaked because of a leak it smells bad in here and just yesterday they came again, literally the man put one finger through the wall of how wet the Sheetrock was. We found these amazing apartments we will be paying $150 less, still being built. We just need the $1000 to break our contract
