June 15, 2023The place just looks really nasty, it’s always dirty outside and inside, and the management does nothing about it, they’re really lazy and rude people. The place isn’t worth the monthly rent, I would not recommend anyone living here.Review from Apartments.com

Tenant Beware
August 22, 2017I've lived here 2 years and this place was the only place I could find at the time so I moved right in because the exterior looks great! But there is MICE AND BUG infestation galour I pay serious money between traps and poison and bug killlers just to keep my space clean! You see the bugs crawling all over the entrance, emergency exits and hallways! I have to settle until I find a way out! But SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! August 14, 2015Hello! My name is Suzniei and I Currently reside at 1822 Benton Street Apartment 201. This is actually my second time renuing my lease. I was actually looking into purchasing a house, but unfortunately my search was unsucessful. Benton Court just increased the rent to $920. Im not sure why they would increase a rent that was $875 to $920.I actually love my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Apartment, but it is way too expensive. The maintenance man does a great job when you requst it.Review from Apartments.com
