A terrible apartment
June 13, 2017First, there is dog poop all around the facility that is never cleaned up. You can smell it while walking around the complex. Second,I was told the have a gym and pool, however, both were unavailable for half of the year I lived there. Third, the apartments a old and outdated. Finally, the apartments were pretty nasty when I moved in I.e. Bugs and disgusting carpets,and when they came to do maintenance on the electrical box, Bentwood left a huge mess in the kitchen.Review from Apartments.com
Don't live here
July 12, 2016I was told the apartments were Internet ready, but the all the connections in my apartment don't work. I contacted the office and left a number for a tech that said he could explain it. I have call and stopped by multiple times and no one has tried to help me. They keep telling me it is getting fixed, but it has been a month. I am a student and had to take summer classes while working without internet. I see at least two bugs a day in this apartment as well. I would NOT live here.Review from Apartments.com
Beware
December 7, 2015The one-bedroom apartments are very inexpensive, however you get what you pay for. If you are in the older side of this complex, i.e. the Bentwood Apartments, not The Bend, you will face slower maintenance responses (up to 18 days, for leaks). Noise is also an issue in the older apartments, in the downstairs units the ceilings/floors creak every time anyone moves upstairs, and these are not just loud neighbors. Every time a toilet is flushed in an adjoining apartment my pipes squeal. You think ...you'll get used to it, or it's not a big deal, but wait until you lose sleep because your neighbors are simply walking on their floor. There is no pantry or counter space in the kitchen and all the electrical sockets are loose. The locks are also not secure. If you are looking to save money, and plan on never being home it is acceptable. I promise you'll be ready to move after a year, you can do better. A Heavenly Place
August 14, 2015This complex has everything you would ever need, transportation, great shopping centers, convenience store, golf course, great restaurants, outdoor pools and activity, just a whole lot of fun things to do. You can drive or walk or, if you want, ride your bike. Great staff in which your their priority. Unlike other apartments in the area, these apartments make you want to come home.
