Poor management
April 9, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comPoor management and lack of maintenance training and skills. No one is at the main office every day after 3:30pm and closed on Thursdays. They cosmetically fix the apartments and surrounding areas a week before the main inspections and there’s a lot of people living at the townhouses without kids with the management knowledge and approval, when there’s families living at the main building overcrowded! They need to clean house starting with the management! Do your research and ask around.

October 10, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI currently live in a high rise apartment building in Springfield,MA. I have three girls and myself living in a two bedroom apartment. I find it to be a good place to live, as everyone knows each other keeping us safe! apartment building has 24 hour security, a playground for children right on the property, free parking for tenants, also located on the property. apartments included heat and hot water and air conditioning in the summer. Apartment has carpenting throughout and includes ...appilances including a dishwasher and garbage disposal! he management takes care of tenants, by having brown bag for those who need it. They have functions for the children that live there (i.e: :holiday parties! The apartment building also has an elevator and trash disposal on every floor! Great for prosfesional and families.Read More

October 8, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comTo small (2) bedroom 3 girls in one room! Rent to high for the neighborhood and the apartment, even though it is subsidized I can't get ahead! No control over rodents, smells, foul language the list could go on!
