Not what I expected at all , pictures on the internet are a LIE. If you ever go for a tour pay attention to the building on the outside also the neighborhood is awful and some of the apartments face an abandoned ugly building . Very over priced and the office staff are rude and very unprofessional they also will tell you if you write a review you will receive a gift card. Unpleasant experience!

Just moved in and it’s not at all like the photos online. They leave out a lot of the dumpy parts of the building. There is a terrible mold smell in the elevator that is constantly shaking and scary to ride in. I don’t always get my mail or packages. it’s in dire need of repairs. Cracks in bathroom tile, poor construction in bathroom. It’s also in a big crime area. Please think before moving here.

My experience was easy from the beginning. Bella was a great help from beginning to end , she made sure the apartment was ready and clean by the move in date ! Everything was great and I would not change anything about it .

The Park Street Lofts are amazing. The loft is very spacious with plenty of storage space. Some units have a balcony but all have great views of the city. Management is helpful and communicates well. A short walk to MGM and Mass Mutual Center. I just took a position at Baystate Medical Center and have the shortest commute of all my colleagues!

Moving here for work and needed a central location with inside parking and security. Park Street offers everything I need for work and amenities. I appreciate that there are many working professionals in the building as quiet nights are very important due to long hours.
Again, very pleased to call Park Street my home while in Springfield.

Great experience and great unit! We were in a rush to find an apartment in Springfield having moved from Minnesota and our previous housing plans falling through. Melanie was incredibly helpful and was able to find us a beautiful loft and provide us with a lease all in less than 48 hours. Highly recommend!

Just moved here from DC for the opening of MGM Springfield and Melanie Nunez was the most attentive and had the best communication that I’ve ever encountered when dealing with a landlord. The unit is HUGE! I really love the exposed pipes and high ceiling which makes the place feel even bigger than it already is. The move in was extremely easy and I was able to spend the remainder of my evening focusing on getting everything unpacked. Definitely would recommend my friends and family this place!
